INEC Authenticates Odii as Guber Candidate

Against the rumor making the rounds that the Ebonyi State chapter of the Peoples Democratic Party’s gubernatorial candidate for the March 11th, 2023 election, Dr. Ifeanyi Chukwuma Odii was delisted from the list of the nation’s electoral umpire,  the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has authenticated that Ifeanyi Chukwuma Odii is the sole governorship candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) for the March 11 poll. 

It was gathered that the INEC in its amendment number three to the final list of candidates for the election on Monday, (January 30, 2023), cited court orders for the authentication of Anyichuks’ s name.

247thirdeye.com peep on the INEC timetable had reported that on December 22, 2022, INEC delisted Odii and his running mate, Senator Igwe Nwagu from the list of candidates also citing a court order. 

However, the Commission, in amendment number three to the final list of candidates for the election on Monday, January, cited court orders for the bringing in of Odii’s name back to their list.
