Igbo Leader Urges Govt. to Clamp Down on Fake Pastors; *Recommends Igbo Cultural Sanitization

The Spiritual leader of the Igbo nation, Chief Rommy Ezeonwuka (Ogilisi Igbo) has called on the State government in Igboland and other relevant stakeholders as Church leaders and town unions to henceforth seek the services of the community Vigilant service under the supervision of the Nigeria Police to initiate crackdown against fake pastors who are indulging in all manners of practice that are against God and against the culture and tradition of the Ndigbo. 

Chief Ezeonwuka who made the call in reaction to the viral videos currently being spread on social media showing where people are eating life chicken and taking bath in a river with one Onyeze Jesus spreading naira notes on people, said the crackdown is necessary as such ungodly and unsocial practice from fake pastors cannot not be allowed in Igboland because they potent danger to the society and the culture and tradition of Ndigbo. 

The Ogilisi Igbo who is an SA to Governor Willie Obiano on Community Vigilante hinted that Anambra Vigilante Group (AVG) is set to fish out all the fake pastors misleading people especially the youth with ungodly and unsocial practices adding that it is time to sanitize the society and the culture and tradition of Ndigbo to get the system of life in Igboland rid off the dirty and inhuman activities of the mushroom fake pastors.

“Enough of all these ungodly, dirty, unsocial and inhuman activities of fake pastors” he said rhetorically adding “we have to rise up and flush them out and defend the culture and tradition of our forefathers. The cultural and traditional values of Ndigbo that promote Godliness, handiwork, inventions, hardworking and progressive business is being eroded by the nonsense activities of fake pastors. These fake pastors gather people in working and mount public to shout all day long polluting every conner with noise

“Like Onyeze Jesus these fake pastors apply all sorts of means to brainwash  and defraud their followers. GHow can you make money by spending the whole shouting. How can make money by eating life chicken and taking bath in a river along side women who are probably mensuration This is abormination. Enough  is enough” 

He continued “the AVG if permitted by the State government will fish them out in their mushroom locations. Let me advise those patronizing these fake pastors particularly the youth to retrace their step and emulate the forefathers and even the present age businessmen who made it through fear of God, hard working and respect for the rule of life, rule of work and rule of business”

The Igbo leader cited himself and people like the Chairman of  Innoson Group among others telling the youth that “myself and Innoson boss are product of trading at Nkwo Nnewi. We did not patronize mushroom fake pastors. We did not go to any river to bath and be spread naira note nor ate life chicken to make it in life. 

“So as the Spiritual leader of the Igbo nation, I want to use this medium to advise Igbo youth to face reality and learn work, learn trade, believe in God and obey the rule of work and rule of business because such are the ways to amen it in life”(sic)
