The President of IBETO Group, Dr. Cletus Madubugwu Ibeto (Omekannaya) has been described as a phenomenal personality who has transversed all spheres of humanity, putting smile on people’s faces.

The President of Obiuno Otolo Nnewi in Nnewi North Local Government of Anambra state, Mr. Dimka Nwanya made this assertion during an interactive session with Journalists.

Mr Nwanya noted that Nnewi community in general should honor and appreciate Dr. Cletus Madubugwu Ibeto as standard pathfinder in modern Nnewi community.

He said as a matter of fact that it was Dr. Ibeto who changed developmental narrative in Anambra state through industrialization when others were busy developing Lagos and Ogun States.

The Nnewi community leader pointed out that the Chairman, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Ibeto Group has also invested heavily in human capacity development and in the process gave hope to the hopeless without any string attached.

“Dr. C. M Ibeto is God sent to Nnewi community and all Nnewi people should be proud of him and honor him. It pains me so much that some people who have benefited immensely from his deep pocket, large heartedness, contacts and goodwill, will now turn around and be attacking him inorder to pull him down, God forbid!” He declared.

Mr.Nwanya admonished Nnewi community to appreciate good spirited individuals like Omekannaya who has positively touched lives and put people in exalted positions which they ordinarily could not have dreamt of by using his God given resources in politics and public service or businesses.” He noted.

He urged the persons being used to unleash campaign of calumny against Dr. Ibeto on social media to retrace their steps immediately noting that nobody can successfully fight a man with the grace of God without getting disgraced at the end of the day, he concluded.
