Anambra 2021 Guber Election: Spiritual Man Predicts Soludo’s Victory

A deity and a spiritual living soul in Igboland, High Chief Rommy Ezeonwuka who doubles as the prepariotor, Rojenny Tourist Village, Oba in Idemili South Local Government Area of Anambra, Senior Special Assistant (SSA) to Governor Obiano on Vigilantes and a member, the All Progressive Grand Alliance(APGA) Board of Trustees (BoT), has in an exclusive interview with this Platform in his home at Oba in Idemili South Council Area few days ago, predicted that Prof. Chukwuma Charles Soludo will be the next governor of Anambra State.

His Excerpts:

Ogirish Igbo, political parties in Anambra State have few weeks to go into primary election in readiness for the proper election billed to hold on November, what is your take on this? 

The Anambra State election 2021 will come and go and the heaven will not fall and to me, we are Igbos, we know how to settle ourselves, nobody will kill nobody but everybody is running to be governor shows that everybody is running the way he can but it is good that after the upcoming coming political parties’ primary, let those whom did not get the ticket know it that everybody can never be governor at the same time, the governorship position must remain only with one person, everybody cannot be a governor at the same time. (Ekere olu eke) there is division of labour, in whichever area you find yourself, do that particular one perfectly. Clamping that people in the Senate, people in the House of Representatives coming to contest for the governorship position is not what we said. However, it is a crime that people from all other sectors came out to contest for the governor’s seat, this really show that the contest time is around the corner. After pulling the much weight as they can, they will definitely relax and support the candidate that takes the ticket. If you look at all the political parties, the problem is that some of them are not democratic. What are you going to tell them to ensure that whoever that emerges will be the choice of the masses.Well, the Churches, you don’t know the type of the diet they consummate. If you just throw it like that without using your tongue to count your teeth, you may be making a blonder, the primary election will come and go but there are eagle eyes and matured minds that will know that Anambra this time, doesn’t need just a common governor but a governor that have intelligent, wisdom, creativity to move Anambra forward. A governor that will recall that after the war, we were only given £20 but today, Igbos are the richest in Nigeria knowing that many other banks failed but one Igbo guy consolidated the banks that no Igbo man money has been lost today again. So we want a person with wisdom, with creativity that will consolidate the Igbo man business. If you see the Igbo men that were richer than Dangote but all of them had died, their investments, their generation finished. So, knowing that there are coming up businesses that needs consolidation, we need a governor that can actually come and embark on such project, a governor that will come and reactivate one man business, me and my family, me and my brother business so that we can chase what have been ahead of us in the past.

Sir, following the continuous security threats so witnessed in Anambra State as a way to distorted the forthcoming  governorship election?

E-mm, wherever you fix Anambra, the State still remains the safest States in Nigeria and you nothing whatsoever can ever distort the collective will of the good people of Anambra State, thank you.

What advice do you have for Ndi-Anambra as political parties get ready to go for primary election either by delegate or otherwise as may be adopted by each of the political parties?

I am aware that every political party will come up with their primary through their adopted processes and at the end of the day, one man will certainly emerge as a candidate in all the parties. I also believe that you know in Anambra as am talking to you now, if you see the consolidation the All Progres Grand Alliance, APGA has made, I strongly believe that whosoever emerges in APGA primary will definitely emerge as the next governor of Anambra State.
