Ebonyi: New Governor’s Spokesperson Assumes Duty

Following the footsteps of his principal, the Chief Press Secretary to Governor Francis Nwifuru, Dr. Monday Uzor has formally assumed duty.

The Chief Press Secretary, arrived his office at old Government House by 8am on Wednesday.

Before commencement of work, a Catholic Priest, Reverend Father Chidi Obasi consecrated the office and prayed for the abundant grace of God upon Dr. Uzor.

Staff of the office of the Chief Press Secretary to the Governor attended the brief prayer summit.

In a swift response, the Staff pledged their unalloyed soliddarity to the new Chief Press Secretary.

Recall that Monday Uzor’s younger brother, Comrade Emmanuel Uzor had served in the office the CPS is occupying in the same capacity during the first tenure of ex-governor Dave Nweze Umahi.
