Ekpa Threatens 2023 General Elections; Announces Southeast Total Lockdown, Curfew

The Mazi Nnamdi Kanu’s self-styled disciple, Mazi Simon Ekpa has, in a broadcast to his supporters across the world this afternoon, announced what he described as a total disobedient, aimed at thwarting the forthcoming general election bid to hold on February 25th and March 11th, 2023 even as he threatened fire and brimstone any defaults(s) that may venture to do otherwise.

Ekpa in online broadcast said; “in order to actualize no election in Biafra land, aimed at actualizing Biafra nation, there will be sit-at-home on the 23rd February, 2023”. He said. He went further and made it broad that all the southeast States, including Delta, Rivers, Cross River, Edo and part of Beune State respectively will be totally lockdown on February 24th, 2023. 

“On the 25th February, 2023, the entire Biafra territory will be under lock and key. On February 26th, 2023, Biafra land will be sealed and placed under lock and key, there will be no movement of even a cattle. Then on the 27th February, 2023, Biafra land will be under lock and key and on February 28th, 2023, there will be total lockdown of the entire Biafra land”. Epka announced.

Emphasizing that the dates and days stated above are subject for review, the self-acclaimed Mazi Nnamdi Kanu’s disciple said there may be review of the dates in the sense that the sit-at-home may be called off at any point-in-time. 

Threatening further, Simon Ekpa added that his group has imposed curfew on the 24th-25th February, 2023 in addition to the sit-at-home earlier announced by them. He however, said the curfew is some certain areas as fellow; “the curfew will effect all the Federal roads leading to Ebonyi, Enugu and Imo State. 

“The curfew that will be implemented alongside sit-at-home will be observed in towns namely; Okigwe, Owerri, Orlu both in Imo State, Abakaliki in Ebonyi state as well as Enugu metropolitan city must observed the curfew in addition to the sit-at-home on the 24th-25th February, 2023. 

In a vulgar word, the Ebonyi State-born indigene but Finland citizen announced that the dates in question are going to be an open war between Nigeria government and ‘Biafra’ noting that they will be fighting to protect their lives, property, towns, villages, cultures and core value and anybody whom Nigeria government would send to cone and fight Biafra, him and his men will engage such a person or group. Ekpa added that anybody whom the Nigerian government would use to blackmail Biafra, will not live to tell the story.
